    to the weeping tile around the house to drain the rain water which is pumped
    to the front of the house under the lawn.



 




  • There is a separate entry to the basement with a concrete
    staircase from the back yard.



 




  • The heated garage has a storage closet and automatic doors.



 




  • All the plumbing is in copper tubing which was installed and
    has been maintained by Mike’s Plumbing and the heating was installed and
    annually serviced by K.B. Heating.
